9.00 – 11.15 Why degrowth? An introduction to the degrowth discourse along its different sources

11.30 – 13.30 Exploring key dimensions: what needs to degrow Infrastructure reduction (Francois Schneider/Filka Sekulova, ICTA, UAB; Research & Degrowth)
Work redefinition and sharing (Joachim Spangenberg, SERI)
Reducing natural resources exploitation (Mariana Walter, Marta Conde, ICTA, UAB; Research & Degrowth)

14:30 – 16.30 Group Assembly Dynamics

Participants will work together in small groups on building proposals on degrowth on the key dimensions above (infrastructure, work, natural resources, financial institutions and money) and present their findings to the rest of the group for discussion.

Presentation of the process/objectives of the small groups work Work on proposals building in small groups
Getting together and discussing the proposals
Work on proposals improvement in small groups, using the feedback of the entire group
Final discussion round Introduction to degrowth (panel speeches)
